When you receive a suspicious email to your inbox, there are a couple of ways you can report the message. This article will go over the best ways to report the message.
First, a note on what not to do!
Before we get into how to properly report messages, we'd like to make it clear there is one very improper way to report a message:
Please do not forward email messages directly to the support team!!!
This is extremely important as not only will support be unable to help you, but you risk potentially having your email address blocked by our own internal phishing protection, preventing you from being able to communicate normally. Lastly, phishing emails are like colds, it's best not to spread them.

How to report a suspicious message (mobile/all other mail clients)
To report a message on any other email client, your phone for example, forward the email message to 911@yourcompanydomain.com. The last part of the email address must be replaced with your companies usual domain name. For example, if your company was ABC Construction, and everyone in your company has abc-construction.com as it's email domain. You would forward the message to 911@abc-construction.com.
Be sure to forward only the original message itself. Do not forward an email thread or reply from another person or the system will not scan the message correctly and may tag the wrong message as safe/malicious.
